Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Domestic (United States): 3-7 business days
- International: 7-21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email.
You can track your order status by visiting our Track Your Order page and entering your tracking number, or by clicking the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email.
Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please check with your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at ruminzllc@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and who signed for the package (if applicable).
If you believe your package was stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and contact your local police department. We recommend having packages shipped to a secure location where someone can receive them or requiring a signature for delivery.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at ruminzllc@gmail.com with photos of the damaged packaging and items. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either through a replacement or refund.
Please inspect your order upon reception and report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at ruminzllc@gmail.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet been shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait to receive the order and then initiate a return following our return policy.
